Terms And Conditions:

Elite Travel is not responsible for any modification or cancellation of the travel trip due to the customer not completing the procedures required of him or other reasons related to the customer.

The customer has the right to modify the tourism program before traveling according to the amendment or cancellation policy, if possible.

Prices do not include any services other than those mentioned in the reservation invoice (VOUCHER).

Prices do not include any additional or personal services such as (early check-in or late check-out at hotels - tips... etc.).

The offer does not need to be available in cases such as (seats and rooms run out, the number is full, the offer has expired, etc.).

Prices and room availability are subject to change without prior notice unless reservation is confirmed.

A multiple transfer fee or hourly rate applies when stopping outside the selected itinerary or itinerary.

The passport must be valid for the duration of the trip (the validity of the passport must not be less than six months from the date of departure from the country.)

It is the client’s responsibility to obtain international medical insurance, and the company can provide medical insurance to the client as an added service.

All information mentioned in the reservation invoice (VOUCHER) such as room type, number of people, number of children, children’s dates of birth, arrival and departure dates, is the responsibility of the customer, and any additional costs as a result of changing any of this information are borne by the customer without any responsibility on the part of the company.

For group tours: You must be committed to attending at the place and time specified for the gathering, as the company is not responsible for any delay as the group will move on its scheduled date.

It is the customer’s responsibility to report the problem as it occurs and to inform the employee directly, bearing in mind that the company is not obligated to compensate for a problem whose validity has not been proven.

It is the customer’s responsibility when complaining to provide and explain all the details of the problem with legitimate evidence.

The customer has the right to obtain compensation as a result of proven poor service provided by Elite Travel.

Elite Travel is not responsible for compensating for a personal or political problem that occurred to the client that is not related to what Elite Travel provides.

All offers and monthly installment prices shown in Elite Travel’s advertisements do not include financing fees from financing companies, if any, and it is the customer’s responsibility to verify the terms and conditions.

Cancellation & Modification Policy:

The cancellation policy (which varies depending on the program and reservation) will be clarified by a Elite Travel employee before booking.

Fees for canceling or changing the reservation apply according to the cancellation policy (varies depending on the program and reservation) sent by the Elite Travel employee to the customer. These fees increase the closer the cancellation or change date gets to the travel date, up to a rate of up to 100% according to the cancellation policy.

Cancellation services for confirmed reservations are subject to cancellation fees as per the terms and conditions of the service booked by the service provider.

Visas And Permits :

When you apply for a tourist visa and it is rejected by the embassy of the country you want to travel to, the company is not responsible for that rejection, and the total value of the prepaid visa is not refunded.

More information about passport and visa requirements can be obtained from the embassy of the country you wish to travel to, or from the visa officer at Elite Travel.

Elite Travel is not responsible for any new decisions made by a specific embassy.

Airline:

Advertised prices are variable depending on the time of reservations and seat availability.

The company is not responsible for determining the weight allowed by airlines.

In the event of changing or canceling flight tickets, cancellation fees will be paid according to the policy sent by the Elite Travel employee to the customer (change fees - the difference in the class/class of services and seats -... etc.)

If the customer goes to the airline on which the reservation was made and makes an amendment to the ticket, Elite Travel is not responsible for that.
