Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. The total amount displayed generally includes all applicable fees, charges and taxes. 

2. However some airport taxes, tourism surcharges, local hotel taxes and/or other charges that may be payable at certain airports, hotels or destinations may not be included. 

3. You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking. 

4. For every product booked we share with you the cancellation and refund policy. These rules are set and provided to us by the relevant product partner/supplier. If such policy allows for a refund, as soon as you proceed with the cancellation, we will request the relevant refund on your behalf. 

5. For any information regarding your Frequent Flyer miles, please contact the airline directly. 

6. You are required to ensure that you have the relevant visa, immigration clearance and travel with a passport, with a validity of at least 6 months. 

7. To avail of infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes both onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you'll need to make a separate booking using a child fare for the return part, or purchase a return child ticket. 

8. Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age. 

9. The Compnay, management and/or its partners are not responsible for any schedule change by the airline after issuance of the ticket, but will inform you of the same if informed by the airlines. It is advisable to reconfirm your flight timings 24 hours prior to your flight departure. 

10. In case of any modifications or changes to the booking including cancellation of refundable products, Elite Holidays will charge a minimum service fee of SAR 100 or as specified in the product policy and/or terms and conditions. In case of reunds the amount will be deducted from the refundable amount. 

11. There will be no refund for NON-REFUNDABLE tickets in case of cancellation, 'no- shows', or for any fully or partially unused flights. 

12. You cam cancel reservations by calling our customer care or by visiting the ‘My Account / My Bookings’ section where you can view, manage and cancel your reservation. We recommend that you to check the cancellation policy provided by our partners since charges up to the total booking amount may be applied by them. 

13. Refunds can only be done on the original credit card or account you use to book the service. Please note that the total process may take upto 40 days to be completed due to external partners and depending on the product and/or supplier.
